St Margaret’s Community Church is an exciting church which was planted in 2017 by a lay-led volunteer team with a vision to build community with Jesus at the centre.
We have a growing community of over 100 worshippers across all age ranges and plan to be a church-planting-church.
We are looking for a faithful, enthusiastic, and motivated Church Operations Manager to join our team. A confident self-starter, proactive and able to set priorities; we are looking for a problem solver, able to efficiently cut through issues and identity how things can be done most effectively. Excellent communication skills will be accompanied by fluency and literacy in digital tools.
‘There is an occupational requirement (Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010) that the holder of this post has a committed Christian faith. The Operations Manager will be part of our worshipping communities seeking to make real the vision of the church.
