A warm welcome to St Margaret's Community Church

Welcome

At St Margaret's Community Church, we hope that you feel welcome and relaxed.  Offering the community a chance to come together and worship with others.

Our Sunday service is 4 pm-5 pm and we have provision for children.

Our style of worship is lively and informal with a real passion to encounter God and enjoy his presence.

We aim to create a community where everybody feels welcome and experiences the love of Christ.

During lock-down, all our services are live-streamed on Facebook/YouTube 4pm - 5pm each Sunday.

The church building is under refurbishment (new worship space,  cafe, children's soft-play area and community shop)

Operation Christmas Child

You can collect your shoebox from the Foodbank on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 0800-1100.  St. Mag's is delighted to be involved this year with Operation Christmas Child. Run by the charity, Samaritan's Purse, it involves people packing a shoebox with small items that are then sent to children in other countries who would not otherwise receive a Christmas gift. If you would like to be involved, it's as easy as one, two, three:

1-Collect a leaflet and flatpack shoebox from the foodbank at St. Margaret's any Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 8am and 11am

2-Pack your shoebox as shown on the leaflet

3-Return it to the foodbank by the  first week of December

We will then take all the filled shoe boxes to the distribution centre to begin their onward journey.

It really is that simple!
